My wife wasn’t able to work for six months due to COVID vaccine mandates. And just when we finally got approved for a house loan after years of trying, we faced over 10 interest rate hikes in just two years. To top it off, I lost a lot of clients who were going through the same financial struggles.

If you’ve been hurting like us, I get it. It sucks! But through all of this, I’ve found some silver linings. We’ve learned how to pivot—again and again—by surrounding ourselves with people in better situations and learning from their success.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked as a solo holistic health professional, exchanging my time for money. Because of this, I’ve always valued having multiple income streams—earning beyond the traditional time-for-money model. I’m no stranger to hard work or long hours, but let’s be real: working smarter beats working harder any day.

Over the years, I’ve built several side businesses and partnered with direct sales companies whose products align with my values. Every one of these ventures has been a stepping stone toward greater financial freedom. I’ve built six-figure businesses, but this year, I’m setting my sights even higher: I’m determined to hit multiple six figures and, ultimately, be my own bank.
